Quality Control & Inspection

This inspection occurs after the sample is selected but before a mass production has been started. In this phase, we inspect the legality of business, raw materials quality, time and costs variations as the project progresses, skills of the manpower, past projects authentication etc. We provide a PDF or even a video of the inspection process upon request.

Now that your product is in it's making, we need to make sure that the output satisfies your needs and requirements. We will make sure that the output product matches your demand and sample piece. In this phase we will also inspect the quality of products through various laboratory (on request) & rigorous / practical testings. We make sure the packaging, bundling, labeling etc. matches your expectations. We provide a PDF or even a video of the inspection process upon request.

When the product is 100% ready, we need to inspect them for defect products. In some cases the label might be misprinted, in some cases the packaging might not be durable. So, we need to make sure that atleast 99.99% of the output product maintains to the standards set by you and your company. Once the product is ready we bundle them into one package to avoid huge custom taxes. Even though your product is being manufactured in different factories we can consolidate them for you.
